Oscar 2020 - niente da fare per l'Italia, fuori dalla shortlist dei film stranieri

Le cinquine che si contenderanno gli Oscar 2020 saranno annunciate il prossimo 13 gennaio, intanto l'Academy ha comunicato le shortlist di alcune categorie.

Tra le shortlist comunicate anche quella del Film Internazionale (il miglior film straniero), che anche quest'anno non vedrà l'Italia tra i protagonisti. Il film di Marco Bellocchio, Il Traditore, infatti non è rientrato tra i dieci titoli da cui verranno poi scelti i film per la cinquina finale. Presenti invece i grandi favoriti della categoria, Parasite di Bong Joon-ho e Dolor y Gloria di Pedro Almodovar.

Il Film Internazionale sarà votato da tutti i membri dell'Academy che avranno visto tutti e dieci i titoli, mentre per le altre shortlist saranno votate dai membri del settore. Le votazioni per determinare le cinquine si apriranno il 2 gennaio per concludesti il 7. Le votazioni finali sulle cinquine, per scegliere i vincitori delle statuette, si terranno dal 30 gennaio al 4 febbraio.

La cerimonia di premiazione si terrà il 9 febbraio, molto prima rispetto agli ultimi anni.
