'A Most Violent Year' trionfa ai National Board of Review

La stagione dei premi ha ormai preso il via, dopo il New York Film Critics Circle è il National Board of Review - associazione no profit di critici americani - ad indicare i migliori film dell'anno.

Secondo il NBR il miglior film dell'anno è 'A Most Violent Year' di J.C.Chandor, con Jessica Chastain e Oscar Isaac. Il film si è portato a casa anche i premi come migliore attore protagonista per Isaac, ex aequo con Michael Keaton ('Birdman'), e quello come migliore attrice non protagonista alla Chastain.

Clint Eastwood è stato premiato come migliore regista per il controverso 'American Sniper'. Migliore attrice protagonista Julianne Moore per 'Still Alice'. Edward Norton è il migliore attore non protagonista ('Birdman').
Miglior film d'animazione è andato a 'Dragon Trainer 2' ma a 'The LEGO Movie' è andato il premio per la migliore sceneggiatura originale.
