BAFTA 2018 - trionfa Tre Manifesti a Ebbing, Missouri. Ecco tutti i vincitori.

Si sono tenuti ieri sera a Londra i Bafta Awards 2018, gli "Oscar britannici". Come successo ai Golden Globes, anche la serata dei Bafta è stata segnata dalla protesta contro le molestie, con attori e soprattutto attrici vestite di nero.

A dominare la cerimonia è stato Tre Manifesti a Ebbing, Missouri di Martin McDonagh, che si è portato a casa ben cinque premi, tra cui miglior film e miglior film in lingua inglese.

Confermato il quartetto di attori che fino ad oggi ha vinto praticamente tutto: Frances McDormand (Tre Manifesti a Ebbing, Missouri) migliore attrice, Gary Oldman (L'Ora Più Buia) miglior attore, Allison Janney (I, Tonya) migliore attrice non protagonista, e Sam Rockwell (Tre Manifesti a Ebbing, Missouri) migliore attore non protagonista.

Guillermo del Toro (The Shape of Water) si è aggiudicato il premio per la regia, mentre James Ivory è stato premiato per Chiamami col Tuo Nome con il Bafta per la migliore sceneggiatura non originale.
Infine, il grande Ridley Scott è stato premiato con il Bafta Fellowship, il premio alla carriera, consegnato dal Principe William.

BAFTA 2018 - le nomination

Annunciate poco fa le nomination ai BAFTA 2018, assegnati dalla British Adacemy of Film and Television Arts, comunemente denominati gli "Oscar inglesi".

Presenti tutti i titoli "caldi" della stagione più qualche novità, come le candidature per Annette Bening e Jamie Bell per il film Film Stars Don’t Die in Liverpool.
Spiccano le 12 nomination di The Shape of Water, il più nominato di questa edizione, a seguire Tre Manifesti a Ebbing, Missouri con nove nomination, e otto per Dunkirk.

Quattro nomination anche per Chiamami col Tuo Nome di Luca Guadagnino, che si è preso anche una candidatura per la migliore regia.
