PGA Awards 2019 - le nomination

In attesa dei Golden Globe di domani notte, sono state annunciate le nomination ai PGA Awards 2019, i Producers Guild Awards, premi del sindacato dei produttori.

Si tratta di un premio molto influente in ottica Academy Awards, spesso infatti chi vince il PGA, poi trionfa anche nella notte degli Oscar, è successo 20 volte in 29 anni. Per questo le illustri esclusioni di quest'anno lasciano un po' perplessi.

Se da una parte fa molto piacere vedere A Quiet Place tra i nominati, dall'altra non possiamo non chiederci come sia possibile non nominare un film come First Man. L'avversione verso il bellissimo film di Chazelle è qualcosa che onestamente si fatica a comprendere.
